Mission and Vision

Image Maker Films makes Independent films to serve and foster equality and dignity, rights of women, refugees, immigrants (documented and undocumented), the queer community (LGBTQ), minorities in terms of religious, cultural, ethnic, tribal, racial, linguistic, national, and marginal groups – indigenous communities, people of low socio-economic status, the physically and mentally disabled, victims of human trafficking, and so forth. It strives to bring their voices and struggles to the visual media, and also to promote anti-racist, anti-discriminatory, anti-war and genocide awareness and practices. It holds social media events, film screening and festivals, seminars and conferences to engage public and to support these types of arts.
